Recordings, sealed shut
Every second on disk is encrypted. Walk off with the box and you've stolen a brick of ciphertext — the footage never opens on your watch.
Open-source · Self-hosted · Powered by OpenNVR
AI video security built for Lebanon: works with no internet, no cloud, and no monthly fees. License plates, intruders, footage search and a camera AI agent — running on a small box at your site.
Built for local reality
Every second on disk is encrypted. Walk off with the box and you've stolen a brick of ciphertext — the footage never opens on your watch.
YOLO detectors track people and vehicles while vision-language models like Qwen-VL and Gemma-VL describe the scene in words you can search.
A built-in AI agent answers questions about your cameras, digs through the event log and keeps standing orders — your always-on security co-pilot.
Severity-aware pushes hit your phone the moment it matters — one clean notification instead of a flood of motion spam.
And the rest of the toolbox, out of the box:
Security
Four layers protect the footage, the box, and everyone who touches it — from a curious insider to a stolen recorder.
Intelligence
Most systems hand you a wall of thumbnails and let you dig. The camera agent does the digging: it queries your event logs, describes scenes in plain language, and manages alerts — conversationally, entirely on-device.
“Who came through the gate between 2 and 4?”
“Describe what happened at the loading bay.”
“Alert me if someone loiters at the back door.”
Intelligence
The clearest way to show the platform's flexibility is license plates — the same pattern applies to any model you pair with any rule.
High intelligence
Vision models see. Custom rules understand context. Paired together, they catch what neither would alone — here's a bike that almost got stolen.
“The bike is normally operated at 8 AM and 6 PM. Operation during midnight is highly unlikely.” A one-line rule — no PhD required.
At 1:13 AM, a person — not a cat, not a shadow — approaches the bike. The detector separates real intent from a passing animal.
Pair a face-recognition model and the visitor is checked against your known-people list — family and neighbours wave through, strangers stand out.
Rule + detections + faces, weighed together: possible theft in progress. Alert raised, snapshot attached, seconds after the approach — not found on playback next morning.
Packages
Both packages work with any ONVIF / RTSP cameras you already own — or we help you pick the right ones. Prices in USD; LBP accepted at the prevailing market rate.
Shops, offices, cafés, private parking, buildings
Warehouses, compounds, supermarkets, dealerships, factories
Multi-site, gated communities, banks, industrial
Software is free and open-source (AGPL) — the price covers the hardware, integration, AI setup and support. Cameras not included; any ONVIF/RTSP camera works.
See it running
Watch the platform come up from a clean install, and the camera agent being built and asked questions.
From a clean install to live detections — cameras added, models running, footage being recorded.
The AI agent assembled and asked questions about live cameras — entirely on local hardware.
FAQ
No. Recording, AI, search and the agent all run on-site with no internet at all. Internet is only needed if you choose remote viewing — and even then the cameras themselves never go online.
None. The software is free and open-source forever. You pay once for the package; there is no subscription and no per-camera charge.
Almost certainly yes — any camera that speaks ONVIF or RTSP works, which covers most Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Reolink and generic IP cameras. We check your models before install.
No one. Footage and AI run on hardware at your site. Nothing is uploaded to a vendor cloud, and the system can be run fully air-gapped.
The site and our support are in Arabic. The voice agent works best in English today; you can always type your questions. Models can be extended — ask us about Arabic support.
The box draws roughly 15 W, so a small UPS keeps it — and your cameras via PoE injector — running through outages. We size it with you during setup.
Sectech does the install, configures zones, rules, watchlists and the agent, and trains your team. Support and updates are included for one year with both packages.
